While using the Services, both Customers and Tutors must:

Additionally, both Customers and Tutors agree to the following standards of conduct and must not, nor facilitate or encourage any other person to:
- Circumvent the Platform: Offer or accept Services outside the Website or solicit direct payments from Customers.
- Manipulate Pricing: Alter or misrepresent Service fees in any way.
- Disrupt Others: Interfere with the experience or activities of other users on the Website.
- Share Inappropriate Content: Distribute unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise offensive material.
- Impersonate: Use someone else’s identity or personal information without their explicit consent.
- Exploit Minors: Engage, solicit, or assist anyone under the age of majority in a manner that takes advantage of their status.
- Facilitate Academic Dishonesty: Use the Services to cheat, complete assignments, write papers, take quizzes, or perform any work on behalf of a student.
- Violate Institutional Policies: Contravene the academic integrity or conduct rules of any educational institution or employer.
