The Website is owned and operated by Clixvio LLC (the “Company”) and functions as a platform through which customers (“Customers”) may find and engage tutors (“Tutors”), and Tutors may connect with Customers (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not access or use the Services.‍

Glossary

• “Customer,” “you,” “your” or “yours” refers to any individual ordering and receiving the Services.
• “Tutor” is a freelance professional engaged by the Company to deliver the Services to Customers.
• “Service” or “Services” is an educational assistance and tutoring provided by a Tutor based on a Customer’s specific requirements.
• “Support Team” or “Support” refers to the Company's dedicated department that coordinates with Customers and provides assistance throughout the Service delivery process.

‍General Information‍

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully reviewed and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Code of Conduct, and any other service-specific terms available on the Website. You also confirm that you are at least sixteen (16) years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), or, if you are younger, your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms and related policies on your behalf and authorizes your use of the Services.

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and informational purposes, to exercise reasonable care and judgment, and not to submit or disclose to Tutors any personal or sensitive information beyond what is necessary to receive the educational support and is permitted under these Terms.

Ordering Process

Customers may initiate a Service request exclusively via WhatsApp or the contact form available on the Website. Upon receipt, our Support Team will acknowledge the request, confirm availability, clarify specifications, and provide pricing. An order is deemed accepted only after you approve the final proposal as communicated by our Support Team and complete the required payment.

Verification

We do not control, verify, or warrant any information a Tutor provides for identification, qualifications, experience, or compliance purposes. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of such information. Customers are solely responsible for assessing whether a Tutor meets their needs and for exercising appropriate diligence.

Our Role

You agree to use the Services in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner. Harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise offensive communications toward Tutors or the Company are strictly prohibited. You must respect the privacy, safety, and dignity of all users at all times.

If you believe a Tutor has acted unlawfully, threatened your safety, or otherwise placed you at risk, notify us immediately at support@eduworms.com

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TUTORS OPERATE AS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND ARE NOT UNDER THE COMPANY’S DIRECT SUPERVISION OR CONTROL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THEIR COMMUNICATIONS OR THE QUALITY OF THEIR INSTRUCTION.

YOU FURTHER UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO CONTENT THAT IS INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE, INDECENT, OR OBJECTIONABLE, AND YOU AGREE TO WAIVE, AND HEREBY DO WAIVE, ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE RIGHTS OR REMEDIES YOU HAVE OR MAY HAVE AGAINST US WITH RESPECT THERETO. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US, AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND/OR LICENSORS, HARMLESS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW REGARDING ALL MATTERS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS.

Service Offering

All customer communications and service inquiries must be made exclusively through our official WhatsApp channel (accessible via the Website). Our Support Team is available 24/7; response times may vary and can take several hours.

When interacting with Tutors via the Service, you must not transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

Payment Terms

When ordering the Services, Customers agree to pay for them. We recommend using payment cards with at least six months of validity. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro, JCB, and Diners Club International; any additional bank fees, such as foreign-transaction charges, are your responsibility.

Service fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly allowed under these Terms, our Refund Policy, or other policies on the Website (for example, if an order evaluation is zero). We may, at our discretion, offer discounts or bonus programs; details will be made equally available to all customers. Service prices are subject to change.

If you request a refund, it will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

When making a payment for the Services, you may incur additional fees imposed by your bank. The Company is not responsible for these extra charges, which may include foreign transaction fees or similar fees. Please be aware that additional fees may also apply based on your location and the currency used.

Direct Interactions

The Company does not engage in direct interactions between Customers and Tutors, except in cases where we deem it necessary to ensure compliance with these Terms, enhance our Services, or follow the guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy.

Hiring Tutors directly, outside of the Company, is not permitted.

Third-Party Payment Processors

The Website may use various third-party payment processing services (collectively “Payment Processors”) to handle the payments and transactions processing for Services. By submitting payment information, you consent to each Payment Processor’s collection and use of your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and service terms.

You are responsible for keeping your payment details, such as card number, expiration date, and billing address, accurate and up to date. Neither the Company nor our Payment Processors shall be liable for any unauthorized use of your payment methods. 

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Website, including text, software, images, graphics, illustrations, video, audio, and any names, logos, trademarks, and service marks, is owned by the Company or used with permission and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view this content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Without prior written authorization from the Company, you may not:

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR OPERATION WILL RUN ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPERCUSSIONS FROM ANY ERRORS ON OUR WEBSITE. IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE THE ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY OPINION, INFORMATION, ADVICE, OR OTHER CONTENT RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE

THE COMPANY AGGREGATES DIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE DAMAGE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF 100 US DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages.
