Refund Policy

We strive for transparency in all financial interactions between Customers and Tutors.

The Website operates solely as a platform that connects Customers with Tutors. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Tutor and do not supervise, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any services or materials provided by Tutors.

Refund eligibility may vary by jurisdiction. Where consumer protection laws apply, your statutory rights remain unaffected. To request a refund, please contact us.

You may request a refund if the Tutor fails to deliver the agreed Service.

If you request a refund or initiate a chargeback for an Order purchased using a promo code, only the amount actually paid after the promo code was applied is eligible for refund. Promo codes have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

Refund processing

After you receive the refund confirmation, we will initiate your refund within three business days. Refund timing depends on your original payment date and your financial institution’s processing times. We are not responsible for any bank transfer fees, processing anomalies, or delays imposed by your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are generally available for up to six months from the original transaction date and will be credited back to the same payment method used for your order. Once the refund period has expired, you are no longer eligible for a refund, and we cannot transfer funds to a different payment method.

Chargeback

If you dispute a transaction with your card issuer, resulting in a chargeback, you acknowledge that we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services. Any fees or costs incurred by us due to a chargeback or payment dispute are your responsibility.

Payment services

We partner with reputable third-party payment providers to handle all billing and transactions. When you make a payment, it is processed through a secure, embedded checkout iframe, your card details never touch our servers. Tutors receive payment only after an order is confirmed. All transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption and security protocols managed by our payment partners.

Data provided by you

All billing details you submit, such as credit or debit card information, are processed exclusively by our third-party payment partners. We do not collect, store, or otherwise handle this data on our servers.

You acknowledge and agree that any failure by these providers to protect your information is not our responsibility. Payment processing is governed by both this policy and the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of our payment partners.

We may switch payment providers over time. In such cases, your billing information may be transferred to new providers, who will likewise use industry-standard security measures (e.g., SSL encryption) to safeguard your data.

Payouts

Tutors receive payment for each confirmed order into their designated account. Payouts are processed through our secure third-party payment partners, ensuring timely and encrypted transactions.

Other

All payments made through our Website are strictly for purchasing and delivering Services between Customers and Tutors. Payments must not be used for any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activities.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on the Website, and material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Website.

Where feasible, we will provide advance notice before changes take effect. However, some updates may require immediate implementation and will become effective upon posting without prior notice.
